www.Polis-RealEstate.eu   acts only as agent for accommodations and we can assume no responsibility for loses of property, damage, liability for injury, accidents, and delays. The website cannot be responsible for any liability arising through maintenance, condition or any other problems that may arise while guest is occupying the villa. All information supplied here was given to us by the villa owners in good faith and no liability is assumed by the site company, regarding refunds, claims or other problems.

Air Conditioning:

The cost of any air-conditioning is NOT included in the villa rental price, cost varies by villa and referenced to individual Villa webpage per day per unit. The units must only be used while you are in the property, with all windows and doors kept closed.  Under no circumstances must the units be left on continuously while the property is unoccupied.  

Villa Check-in / Check-out times: 

Access to villas will be after 2pm on your day of arrival to allow time for cleaning and servicing, and must be vacated by 12am on the day of your departure.

Cancellations:

A pre-payment 30% of total price is required to activate RESERVATION. The full amount must be paid one month before the rental starts.

Security deposit:

A security deposit €150.00 must be paid in cash directly to the villa owner when arriving at the property. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, when inspection of the property takes place, less any additional expenses such as breakages or damage.
